I wanted to find a way to teach all kinds of people about microaggressions
in a more exciting, interactive, and creative way than just taking a standard
lectured class. Diversity Training is very broad and basic, strongly enhances people’s knowledge about other groups, affects people’s beliefs and how they behave towards others, but this effect fades over time.
